Annual Reporting and Documentation Requirements of Members and CNMs

The CCSBT has several requirements for providing annual reports and other documents to meetings of the CCSBT and its subsidiary bodies.  The templates for the annual reports that must be submitted to these meetings are provided below:


In addition, Member's and Cooperating Non-Member's Compliance Action Plans should be kept up to date and submitted to annual meetings of the Compliance Committee.  The current version of the template for the Compliance Action Plan includes additional reporting requirements to the Compliance Committee comprising: the annual VMS summary report, the annual transhipment summary report and the annual report on implementation of the 2008 ERS Recommendation:


All of the above reports and documents should be submitted to the CCSBT Secretariat at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the associated meeting.
