The CCSBT has several requirements for providing annual reports and other documents to meetings of the CCSBT and its subsidiary bodies.  The templates for the annual reports that must be submitted to these meetings are provided below:

• Annual meetings of the Compliance Committee and the Extended Commission (Revised in October 2012)
• Annual meetings of the Extended Scientific Committee
• Meetings of the Ecologically Related Species Working Group (Revised in March 2013)

All of the above reports and documents should be submitted to the CCSBT Secretariat at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the associated meeting.

 
The CCSBT also has several requirements for data submission from Members, Cooperating Non-Members and Other States/Fishing Entities Cooperating in the CDS. These data submission requirements are described separately at:
